Keep your website working after launch through WordPress and component updates, key-function checks, backup management and agreed improvements.

- Approach
- Updates → checks → improvements
- Scope and budget
- Defined in your proposal
Designed around your business needs
A website changes with the business: new services, content, products and integrations appear over time. Component updates can also affect design and functionality. Maintenance combines routine upkeep with controlled improvements. We assess the existing site, agree on recurring tasks and establish how new requests are handled.
What we work on
Initial assessment
Review the platform, components, access and essential functions before support begins.
Component updates
Plan WordPress, theme and plugin updates with compatibility in mind.
Backups
Agree on backup methods, frequency, storage and the approach to recovery.
Functional checks
Check agreed pages, forms, navigation and business-critical journeys.
Content and improvements
Update content and implement changes within the agreed scope.
Communication and priorities
Track requests, completed work and issues that need a separate decision.
These are areas of work, not a universal package. The proposal specifies the pages, functions, integrations and handover deliverables before the project starts.
How the work progresses
- Discovery and assessmentDiscuss your business, audience, available materials and priorities, including dependencies and constraints.
- Plan and agreementDefine scope, responsibilities, milestones and acceptance criteria. Agree on the budget and how changes are handled.
- Step-by-step deliveryReview work in progress, gather agreed feedback and check the journeys that matter.
- Review and next stepsCompare the result with the agreed scope, hand over materials or release changes, and discuss ongoing support.
What to prepare
- Your website URL, platform and important functions.
- The access and licences available to the owner.
- Existing backups and known problems.
- Expected update frequency and priority tasks.
If some materials are not ready, we can start with what you have. The initial discussion establishes what is missing, who will prepare it and how that affects the work sequence.
What determines the budget and timeline
The estimate depends on page or task complexity, the condition of the existing site and content, integrations, languages and the review process. After a short brief, we prepare a proposal with scope, budget and milestones. Hosting, licences and external services are clarified separately where needed.
Frequently asked questions
Do you maintain websites built by another team?
We assess the platform, implementation and available access first. Any necessary repairs before ongoing maintenance are scoped separately.
Does maintenance include every new feature?
No. Recurring work and small changes have an agreed scope. New sections, complex integrations or a substantial redesign are estimated separately.
What is your response time?
Response times, contact channels, working hours and urgent-request procedures are agreed before work begins. This page does not establish a 24/7 SLA.
Let’s discuss your project.
