Designed around your business needs

Design should help people complete a task: find a service, compare a product, understand the terms or get in touch. We start with user journeys and content priorities, then develop layout, typography, colour and interface states. The visual system supports the structure and remains consistent across screen sizes.

What we work on

01 /

Goals and audience

Clarify business goals, usage context and the most important visitor journeys.

02 /

Structure and wireframes

Define page hierarchy and content placement before detailed visual styling.

03 /

Visual direction

Agree on composition, typography, colour and the character of graphic elements.

04 /

Responsive layouts

Design key screens and adaptation rules for sections, menus and forms.

05 /

Components and states

Prepare reusable elements and agreed hover, focus, error and interaction states.

06 /

Developer handover

Organise the Figma file, components and interaction notes for implementation.

These are areas of work, not a universal package. The proposal specifies the pages, functions, integrations and handover deliverables before the project starts.

How the work progresses

  1. Discovery and assessmentDiscuss your business, audience, available materials and priorities, including dependencies and constraints.
  2. Plan and agreementDefine scope, responsibilities, milestones and acceptance criteria. Agree on the budget and how changes are handled.
  3. Step-by-step deliveryReview work in progress, gather agreed feedback and check the journeys that matter.
  4. Review and next stepsCompare the result with the agreed scope, hand over materials or release changes, and discuss ongoing support.

What to prepare

  • Your product, audience and key user journeys.
  • Brand guidelines, logo and existing brand assets.
  • The structure or content that needs to appear on the website.
  • Platform constraints and the development team involved.

If some materials are not ready, we can start with what you have. The initial discussion establishes what is missing, who will prepare it and how that affects the work sequence.

What determines the budget and timeline

The estimate depends on page or task complexity, the condition of the existing site and content, integrations, languages and the review process. After a short brief, we prepare a proposal with scope, budget and milestones. Hosting, licences and external services are clarified separately where needed.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between UX and UI?

UX addresses structure, journeys and usability. UI defines the interface’s visual presentation. We work on both so pages are understandable and recognisable.

Can I commission design without development?

Yes. We can prepare layouts for your development team. Screens, handover format, components and implementation support are agreed in advance.

How are designs approved?

We agree on the structure and visual direction first, followed by key pages and responsive layouts. Review stages and revision arrangements are set out in the proposal.
