Website redesign and improvements
Improve an existing website’s structure, design, mobile experience and enquiry journeys. We begin with an assessment and preserve useful content and established visitor routes.

- Assessment → changes → checks
- Scope and budget
- Defined in your proposal
Designed around your business needs
Not every website needs a complete rebuild. A clearer first screen, simpler navigation or corrected mobile layouts may address the main problem. We assess the current site and business objective first, then establish priorities: what to fix now, what needs more evidence and what belongs in a later development phase.
What we work on
Current-site assessment
Review structure, content, responsive behaviour and key journeys; analyse existing data where access is available.
Improvement roadmap
Separate critical issues, usability improvements and later development work.
Design refresh
Rework agreed pages and components while keeping the brand coherent.
Mobile experience
Correct grids, text wrapping, navigation and touch interactions on smaller screens.
URL continuity
Plan old-to-new URL mapping and redirects when page addresses need to change.
Release checks
Verify the agreed pages and functions before release and after deployment.
These are areas of work, not a universal package. The proposal specifies the pages, functions, integrations and handover deliverables before the project starts.
How the work progresses
- Discovery and assessmentDiscuss your business, audience, available materials and priorities, including dependencies and constraints.
- Plan and agreementDefine scope, responsibilities, milestones and acceptance criteria. Agree on the budget and how changes are handled.
- Step-by-step deliveryReview work in progress, gather agreed feedback and check the journeys that matter.
- Review and next stepsCompare the result with the agreed scope, hand over materials or release changes, and discuss ongoing support.
What to prepare
- Your website URL and the specific problems you have noticed.
- Priority pages and functions that must be preserved.
- Required access, shared through an agreed secure method.
- Existing analytics and examples of the changes you want, where available.
If some materials are not ready, we can start with what you have. The initial discussion establishes what is missing, who will prepare it and how that affects the work sequence.
What determines the budget and timeline
The estimate depends on page or task complexity, the condition of the existing site and content, integrations, languages and the review process. After a short brief, we prepare a proposal with scope, budget and milestones. Hosting, licences and external services are clarified separately where needed.
Frequently asked questions
Does the entire website need to change?
Not necessarily. The assessment may lead to targeted fixes, selected page updates or a full redesign, depending on the platform and the business goal.
How do you handle SEO during a redesign?
We record important URLs, content and metadata before structural changes. Where needed, we plan redirects and check internal links and indexability after launch. Unchanged rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Can the live site stay available during the work?
The approach depends on scope and hosting capabilities. Significant changes are best prepared on a staging copy, with deployment planned as a separate step.
